Wiktoria Baran MBA®

Wiktoria Baran, MBA, is a Board Member, and Dean & Director of Operations at The Academy of Finance® in New York City, where she works to ensure the organization runs with the discipline and purpose it instills in every student it serves. She brings a strong analytical foundation and a talent for strategic thinking to her role, overseeing the operational infrastructure that supports the Academy’s mission of expanding financial literacy and developing the next generation of investors.

Wiktoria graduated summa cum laude from California State University Channel Islands with a Bachelor of Science in Business and a minor in Psychology, and is a member of the Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society. She also holds an associate degree in Economics, was recognized on the Dean’s List for four consecutive years, and earned an MBA with a concentration in Marketing — a background that informs her approach to building systems and strategies that are both data-driven and people-centered.

Outside of work, Wiktoria is passionate about giving back to her community and dedicates much of her free time to volunteering and supporting local initiatives.
