Pauline C.Argenson

Pauline Argenson is the President of The Academy of Finance.

Born in France and now based in New York, Pauline grew up between two worlds: the classroom and the open road. Her mother, a devoted teacher, instilled in her a love of learning and a belief in the power of education. Her father, a professional driver, inspired her passion for classic cars, craftsmanship, and the values of transmission and legacy, principles she now brings to her work.

Pauline has built her career around what she calls the “3×E Principles”: Excellence, Experience & Education. After more than a decade in the luxury sector elevating brands and creating experiences, followed by her work at the Consulate General of France in New York, she brought those same standards of excellence, creativity, and hospitality to education.

At The Academy of Finance®, Pauline leads the development of immersive financial education experiences that connect rigorous learning with the real world. From the Wall Street Master Class® for high school and college students to programs for adults and institutions, her approach is rooted in the belief that participants should not simply learn about investing and the professional world. They should experience it.

Pauline also teaches career guidance, personal branding, and professional etiquette, helping students develop the confidence, presence, and communication skills to navigate the professional world.

Passionate about philanthropy, Pauline is also a contributor to the 2026 edition of the award-winning book The Sustainable Endowment, supporting nonprofit leaders in strengthening governance, fundraising, and long-term financial sustainability.
