The Academy of Finance® was proud to celebrate the accomplishments of the Summer 2026 Wall Street Master Class® cohort during its annual Awards Night, marking the successful completion of eight weeks of immersive learning in investing, financial markets, and portfolio management.

Held in New York City, the ceremony brought together students, families, faculty, guest speakers, and members of the Academy community to recognize the dedication, curiosity, and commitment demonstrated throughout the program.

The evening celebrated not only academic achievement but also the discipline, professionalism, and investor mindset developed by each student during the Wall Street Master Class®.

Recognizing Excellence in Investing

One of the highlights of the evening was the presentation of awards recognizing exceptional performance throughout the program.

The Academy congratulated the winner of the $1 Million Investment Challenge, the program’s signature portfolio management competition, where students apply investment research, sector analysis, and disciplined decision making while managing a simulated one million dollar investment portfolio.

Additional awards recognized outstanding participation, leadership, analytical thinking, teamwork, and excellence throughout the program.

A Milestone in Every Student’s Journey

Throughout the Wall Street Master Class®, students explored financial markets through a combination of classroom instruction, professional mentorship, guest lectures from experienced Wall Street professionals, institutional visits, and practical investment exercises.

The Awards Night marked the culmination of this immersive experience and celebrated the progress each participant made over the course of the program.

Beyond technical knowledge, students developed greater confidence in analyzing financial markets, communicating investment ideas, and approaching financial decisions with discipline and long term perspective.
